Booking Guidance

To ensure the best results and a seamless visit, please review before reserving:

• New clients are encouraged to begin with a customized facial to establish a treatment plan

• Arrive with clean skin when possible

• Discontinue active exfoliants and retinoids at least 48 hours prior to facial services

• For waxing services, allow adequate hair growth for optimal results

Appointment Policies

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation

• A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to preserve the next guest’s time

• No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
